We’re Still Waiting, Hartz

Hello Hartz,

Can you believe it has almost been 4 months?

How have you been? Busy?

We don’t mean to be pains, but, we just wanted to remind you we’re still waiting on some things:

You remember Federal Express tracking #799809068158, don’t you?

That’s the number you provided the EPA with for a document you claim was delivered to the USEPA in Edison, New Jersey on February 26, 2008 in response to the EPA stating they did not receive a report from you for the calendar year 2007 on or before March 1st, 2008.

We know the EPA decided to drop the fine they had levied upon you, solely for the purposes of settlement, but we’d still very much like to take a look at this evidence for ourselves, if you don’t mind.

Also, as you know, we are quite resourceful when it comes to mining the internet for information about you, but we have been unable to find any photos of the Hartz Ultraguard OneSpot Flea Egg and Flea Larvae Treatment for Cats and Kittens (EPA# 2596-147) to match up with the version of 2596-147 we purchased at Rite Aid.

This detail still puzzles us and any information you could provide to help us get to the bottom of this little “anomaly” would be greatly appreciated.

Well, we’ll let you go for now.

Those lies don’t write themselves and we know you’ve got paychecks to cash.

News From the Facebook Front

Hello Readers,

Many of you are well aware of our complicated relationship status with Facebook but, since most of you currently come from our well-established Twitter front, you may not know the once barren wasteland that was the BH Facebook page has become a Boomtown!

We came to FB victorious, but scarred from our battle with Hartz.

The first month was pretty rough.

On Facebook, as a Cause, we are not allowed to run around like we do on Twitter, so we have to rely on others to tell people about us.

In addition to that, we had to settle for Facebook.com/SuperBrokenHartzPets due to a questionable FB policy which has made it a little more difficult for people to find us.

In our first month, we only managed 20 “Likes” but all that changed in one glorious night!

A wonderful individual clued some great Facebook Animal Rights Pages in to what we were trying to accomplish and they happily assisted.

Within 24 hours, we went from 20 Likes to 400 and our wall was filling with supporters and victims all commenting about these atrocities.

BH FB is in full-swing. We are continuing to grow and couldn’t be happier!

What we and our Followers manage to fit into 140 characters on Twitter is impressive, but we are not limited in Facebook when responding to comments, allowing us to say what we need to say when we need to say it, including all documentation and necessary tact.

Furthermore, due to Facebook’s timeline system, this information is added to our chronicling of Hartz’ shady actions. Tweets may fade; but comments on the FB timeline, like our blog, remain indelible.

Certain individuals may eventually decide to delete their comments but, as many already know; we document occurrences, should offenders choose to remove evidence in case the need arrives to present it.

With only about 1,500 Followers on Twitter at the time of our launch, Hartz has been falling pretty fast.

With the loss of many Followers, due to our mission of education, Hartz hasn’t managed to gain much ground in the four months that we’ve been pummeling them, despite the creation of their already defunct @HartzFleaTick account and their new, ultra-spammer account, @HartzFlea. The @HartzFlea account launched 127 hacky sales pitches in the first hour it was on Twitter. It has since cooled its jets, but it’s still around.

Of course, only two people Follow @HartzFlea and one of them is just our dedicated #BHwarrior, @Di_sss, keeping tabs on this new creation.

Who are you talking to, @HartzFlea?

At the time of this posting, Hartz currently has 1,659 to our 1,231 Twitter Followers.

You should note; some individuals, including strong supporters in the BH camp, make up Hartz’ “Follower” numbers.

Many do this to make the job of keeping tabs on Hartzy a little easier, such as @Di_sss has done with the @HartzFlea account. This is also a common tactic used to see if someone has chosen to block your account though, for the record, there is another easy way. If you are interested, we will post that information at the bottom of this entry, but we don’t want to get too far off topic at this point.

To continue, we are aware that others Follow both us and Hartz because they are Hartz affiliates or one of the many other companies that are shaking in their boots right now. These companies run the gamut from Flea “Treatment” Manufacturers to Pet Food Makers that are wondering when/if we’ll come knocking on their doors.

Hello.

We see all of you and hope you have been enjoying the show. We trust you are very interested to discover how tenuous your grasp on consumers truly is once individuals learn of negligent actions.

You have good reason to be worried.

Getting back to the subject…

With Hartz already having 98,761 “Likes” on Facebook (thanks to its Angry Birds toys and now defunct “Whack the Crate” game), this is going to be a harder road to travel but we have already seen many benefits to being able to make thorough responses, especially when confronted by those who wish to dispute our claims.

Every question, comment, vote of support and dispute of our claims allows us to clear up confusion and give the public more vital information about these dangerous products.

If you’re on Facebook, please click the “Like” button, right here on our blog.

We’ll see you at Facebook.com/SuperBrokenHartzPets.

Don’t forget, you can also find us on Pinterest at Pinterest.com/BrokenHartz.

Hartz tried to stop us from getting to Pinterest as well.

The funny thing is, we were already there.

SPECIAL: BH TWITTER TIP

A common tactic to discovering if someone has blocked you on Twitter is to swallow a bit of your pride and attempt to follow them.

This results in no harm if your suspicions are confirmed but, if you have not been blocked it could make you appear a little silly and obsessive.

The good news is, you don’t have to follow someone to see if an account has blocked you!

Just go to that account and click on its “Tweets” tab. If you get an error message, despite the fact, known “friendly” accounts are functioning properly at the same time, you’ve got a winner!

Here are some examples.

These pictures were taken earlier today in quick succession.

We took a screenshot of our loyal #BHambassador’s page in between the @RTorossian5WPR and @HartzPets pages in order to demonstrate the fact Twitter was functioning fine at this time. The only reason for the error messages is because our account has been blocked by Ronnie-Boy and Hartzy as well as others, we’re sure!

Here’s a shot of how the error message will look on a smartphone:

Currently on Twitter, though @BrokenHartzPets is blocked by Hartzy, our official #BHaffiliate, @BHpenny is not. Perhaps @HartzPets didn’t get the memo that she is really one of us.

Penny has undergone a bit of a different look over time, due to the fact she was not only inducted into the #WLF, resulting in the beret, but she has also taken up with a protesting pirate!

This has resulted in our fearsome kitten’s current appearance:

Watch out, Hartz!

Penny has been sharpening her claws.

=^..^=

What’s Golin on?

Readers, on May 1, 2012, Hartz Mountain Corporation released this stunning announcement:

“Hartz®, one of the country’s leading suppliers of flea and tick products for dogs and cats, is proud to announce its new and improved line of popular anti-parasite products, just in time for one of the worst flea seasons in recent memory.”

Can it be true?

Did Hartz hear the public?

Have they decided to fix the problem?

Of course not.

Hartz is just doing what it does best, lying through its teeth.

This “…new and improved line…” of flea products that has arrived “…just in time for one of the worst flea seasons in recent memory” hasn’t been reformulated since it was first registered in 2000.

This latest in Hartz Mountain Corporation’s unending war on public safety came from another of Hartz’ many PR firms, Golin Harris. Among other things, you’ll notice Golin Harris specializes in Crisis Communications.

What’s wrong, Hartz?

Having a bit of a crisis?

The “geniuses” over at Golin Harris thought long and hard before coming up with a cunning plan. We imagine the meeting went something like this:

Golin Harris: “We suggest outrageous lies.”

Hartz: “Sounds good, but can they be shameful as well?”

Golin Harris: “We’ll work it in.”

Hartz: “Excellent!”

Just like we witnessed with 5W Public Relations and Alex Gweneth’s reprehensible actions, this latest offense has been submitted all over the internet.

Here are a few examples:

Never one to miss an opportunity to lie for money, Ronn Torossian (5W Public Relations) made sure to get in on this act of deception as well.

Here is a link to the webpage pictured above.

Unlike 5W Public Relation’s Alex Gweneth, the individual responsible for doing Hartz’ dirty work for them over at Golin Harris has made herself quite visible.

Meet Nikisha Williams:

Nikisha Williams also has a Twitter account, @Nikisha.

This should be interesting.

Obviously, the goal behind this latest action is to trick consumers into thinking Hartz has reformulated and is, therefore, deserving of a clean slate.

This isn’t the first time Hartz has claimed this 12 year old product to be new. They tried it back in 2009, but the EPA reprimanded Hartz for it.

(EPA Registration #2596-150 Amendment, Dated January 13, 2009 Page 4, Paragraph 1)

The EPA clearly states to Hartz, “Delete the following claims which suggest that the product is new, when it has been registered since 2000.”

The EPA had some other choice words for Hartz in this document and even called them out for trying to include “false and misleading” information:

(EPA Registration #2596-150 Amendment, Dated January 13, 2009 Page 4, Paragraph 2)

Currently, there are at least 4 Social Media/PR Firms assisting Hartz, which begs the question, “Wouldn’t it be cheaper to just fix the problem?”

=^..^=

Reinforcements

Just as our 13 day trend on Twitter drew to a close, something even more wonderful occurred.

Oliver arrived!

In 2009, Oliver underwent a terrible ordeal, caused by Sergeant’s Flea and Tick Powder. His four-month battle ended in renal failure.

The active ingredient in the Sergeant’s product that took his life was Permethrin.

Permethrin’s patent is held by one of Hartz Mountain Corporation’s parent companies, Sumitomo.

Oliver’s mother has been fighting Sergeant’s, Hartz and all negligent flea “treatment” manufacturers ever since and we thank her for it. She has made an appearance on Twitter previously, but returned with gusto once word of our arrival reached her ears:

Broken Hartz and the #BHwarriors couldn’t wait to tell Sergeant’s the news:

As if Oliver’s mother’s arrival wasn’t enough of a boon to our mission, she brought a friend!

Like “Oliver”, Tiny Timmy has been on Twitter for a while, but has found our appearance to be invigorating:

Tiny Timmy is a very special cat who has suffered permanent neurological damage due to Sergeant’s Flea & Tick Spray. Here is great information on Tiny Timmy’s story. Please check it out.

Like Oliver’s mom, Timmy’s mom has been a great voice in this fight for years and we are overjoyed to have both of them in our court.

Already, the addition of these two have caused a noticeable amplification of the mission to expose these negligent manufacturers.

Could you imagine if HartzVictims.org and HartzKills.org joined the Twitter front?

You never know.

ON A SIDE NOTE:

Broken Hartz has alluded to Sergeant’s before. The comments were slightly vague, but a click on the picture accompanying that post immediately cleared up any confusion.

We’re pretty sure “Omaha” missed that one.

Alex Gweneth's Moral Bankruptcy Exposed by Broken Hartz

Reblogged from Hartz Kills:

Click to visit the original post

We’ve been unable to obtain Alex Gweneth’s baby photo, but we can only imagine that when he was born, he had the face of a cherub. His parents surely beamed with pride at their newborn boy. Would he become a surgeon? A teacher? An art historian? Little Alex’s future was not yet written. Oh, but it is written now. Mr. Gweneth, sadly, became a soulless…

Read more… 156 more words

Our esteemed colleague over at HartzKills.org has weighed in with some additional thoughts on Alex Gweneth, 5W Public Relations and, of course, Hartzy! We thought it best to re-blog his piece in order to keep it in the chronological history of the BH mission, as well as provide a wonderful opportunity to leave this act of fraud sitting out all weekend long. See you Tuesday! =^..^=

Alex Gweneth

There’s someone Broken Hartz hasn’t yet mentioned, but has been dying to introduce you to.

Meet Alex Gweneth:

Alex Gweneth has created a sickening amount of blog entries all over the internet as a willing lackey for Hartz Mountain Corporation.

Here’s just a sampling of the places you can find Alex’s shoddily constructed “articles” (in no particular order). Just Google him for more:

Get the idea?

This individual has been shamelessly spreading Hartz’ lies all over the internet for years, building a vast pile of poorly written, deceptive crap intended to clog internet searches with Hartz’ propaganda.

Are you ready for this?

(Hartz Flea & Tick Control for Effective Elimination of Cats Fleas posted on ewagz.com on January 25, 2012, by Alex Gweneth Paragraphs 2 and 3)

“I sincerely hope you are not one of those people who feel that they can handle the health issues of their pets on their own and don’t consider consulting a vet necessary. A veterinary doctor has the right qualification and experience to suggest [sic] you the most appropriate treatment plan, keeping in view the general health of your cat and severity of the problem. Your cat is not just any other animal; it is only one of its kinds [sic]. So let a decent and reliable vet help you chalk out the best flea treatment for your cat. The treatment plan for your cat is determined by three things – their age, weight and overall health of your cat.

Hartz flea & tick shampoo is a highly recommended way of getting rid of fleas from your feline friend. But giving a cat a bath is easier said than done. If you can manage to [sic] your cat [sic] bath once every 30 days then you have half the battle won. However, you need to stick to this routine to ensure that your pet remain [sic] flea free.”

Notice how Alex uses the first paragraph to establish how seriously he takes this matter, telling people it is crucial they consult a vet. He then follows this up by misleading consumers into believing Hartz is highly recommended by Veterinarians.

In this way, Hartz hopes consumers will think, “Well the guy just told me how important it is to know the facts. He’d never lie about this. I’ll save myself the Vet bill and just go get some good ole Hartz. Thanks, Alex!”

Moving on:

(Combat Cat Flea Allergy with Hartz Flea & Tick Control Products posted on ewagz.com on January 9, 2012, by Alex Gweneth Paragraph 5, Sentences 1-3)

“Flea control is absolutely necessary for the health and well-being of your cat. But it is important to choose the flea treatment product very carefully otherwise it can put the life of your cat in jeopardy. It’s advisable to opt for a reputable brand like Hartz when going for a flea control treatment.”

Again, you’ll notice Alex first makes it appear he is deeply concerned with making sure the public doesn’t use an inferior, dangerous product only to follow it up with referring to the worst Flea & Tick brand to ever sit on the shelves as a “reputable” brand, trying to sway consumers into just taking his word for it.

Shameless.

(Flea Free Feline with Hartz Flea & Tick Control Products posted on ewagz.com on March 16, 2012, by Alex Gweneth Paragraph 3)

“Eliminating fleas from your cat’s body is never an easy task as they are very sensitive to chemicals used in pesticides. However, Hartz flea & tick control products made specifically for cats help you get rid of these pesky bugs without causing any adverse side effects on your cat.

This calls for the chart.

If your cat experiences an adverse reaction to any of the Spot-On cat products listed in the EPA Public Advisory Published in March 2010, this chart represents the likelihood (based on percentage of reported events) of your cat experiencing Death or a Major, Moderate or Minor event.

As you can see, in the case of an adverse event, your cat is 3 times more likely to die from a Hartz product than any of the other brands found in the EPA Public Advisory published in March 2010. Hartz also tops the list for Major events and comes in second for Moderate, clearly making it the most dangerous of these products.

Likelihood of Death, Major, Moderate or Minor Event if Your Cat Experiences an Incident With a Manufacturer’s Product Listed in the EPA Public Advisory published in March 2010:

The statement made above by Alex Gweneth, miraculously, is a bolder lie than anything spouted by Dr. Melinda Fernyhough, but it doesn’t stop there.

Although Hartz is clearly the most dangerous brand in the Flea & Tick Control market, the following “Author” description prominently accompanies the 20 Hartz articles posted by Alex on Ewagz.com as well as his Ewagz.com Author page:

Hartz, through Alex Gweneth, have told the public their cat products don’t cause any adverse effects. None.

This is a clear case of fraud, but we’re not quite done with Alex Gweneth.

He’s not a Hartz employee.

Alex Gweneth works for Ronn Torossian at 5W Public Relations, one of the many PR & Social Media organizations gleefully leeching blood money from this bloated beast:

Here’s a link to the article pictured above.

The evidence provided proves 5W Public Relations, Ronn Torossian and Alex Gweneth are willing accomplices in Hartz Mountain Corporation and Dr. Melinda Fernyhough’s diabolical mission to grow fat from the needless injuries and deaths of countless, beloved animals.

Ronn Torossian should be no stranger to the Broken Hartz Twitter Camp, though he is better known as “#SleazyDouche”, “#IronDick” (Coined by #BHrogue, @Di_sss) or the newly dubbed and quite fitting “#IronDouche”.

For great information on our buddy “Iron Douche“, check out this information from Gawker.com and FailedMessiah.com

Ronnie is on a totally different level of crazy, making him the perfect ally for a corporation such as Hartz.

It’s anything goes with, Iron Douche.

Watch out, Hartz!

If the Law Offices of Carella, Byrne et al hear about this, it may not be so good.

ON A SIDE NOTE:

In a hilarious turn of events, Broken Hartz ended up inadvertently assisting poor Ronnie with getting a hold of Saucony to discuss an important sneaker dilemma he has been experiencing:

Poor Ronnie tweeted this out, but apparently Saucony wasn't too keen on talking with ole "Iron Douche". We imagine his reputation preceded him.

Saucony ignored Ronn for another day, so BH stepped in on his behalf to sort out the matter and clarify his request.

Broken Hartz clarified the reason for Ronnie's urgency and, once Saucony understood "Iron Douche" was in great peril, they came to his aid.

You’re welcome, Iron Douche.

Enjoy your run.

=^..^=

Juggernaut

If you aren’t on Twitter with us, you may not be aware of this…

Our trend with the #WLF on Twitter has continued worldwide for 8 days straight!

Broken Hartz and the #WLF first rose to the top of Twitter's Trending Stories feed on April 16, 2012.

First, “We Iz Anonymous Cats” then, for the last 2 days, there it has been, on the top of Twitter’s trending stories.

On the 7th day of trending, something amazing happened!

The #WLF, Dr. Melinda Fernyhough (AKA Melly Mel) the “Melinda Wants Money” video, The Broken Hartz Servicemark and official #BHaffiliate (@BHpenny) telling the world:

“Dr. Melinda from Hartz sent a pack of lies in response to a complaint.”

You had it coming, Mel.

You have no one but yourself to blame.

From the US to Australia, every one of the millions upon millions of Twitter users that has visited the social media giant’s “Discover” tab over the last 8 days has consistently seen the Broken Hartz message and, as we’ve said before, we’re just getting started.

Seeing our videos trending on Twitter is a great landmark, no doubt, but we feel it would be far more damning to get the following video to trend and let the people see for themselves what Hartz has been doing to defenseless animals and trusting consumers who only tried to care for the ones they love.

Disturbingly, there are worse videos out there, but this one takes place at a Veterinary center and features a Veterinary professional clearly stating:

“Okay, people, this is what can happen if you use Hartz products on your cat. This was applied last night at 10:00pm and at 4:30, the cat started shaking like this and it’s been bathed twice and it’s already been absorbed into the system, so she’s going to have to go on IV fluids and it can cause these neurological problems, so please do not use this product. It can kill your animal.”

This video carries a lot of weight and, if we can get it to trend, will go far in shutting down Hartz Mountain Corporation for what it has done to this beautiful little creature and untold numbers of cats, dogs and other animals for decades.

Let this cat represent the countless, voiceless, innocent victims.

Let Hartz answer for what it has done.

=^..^=

Broken Hartz has Klout!

Do you use Klout?

Klout is a free social analytics service that measures the amount of content one creates versus the amount of interaction one gets from the public.

Klout tracks your social-media interaction, regardless of whether or not you sign up for the service. In this way, individuals using the Klout service can measure their social media presence versus others.

Shortly after launching, Broken Hartz signed up for the Klout service and began to document our progress against Hartzy.

This first picture shows our Klout versus Hartz from Februrary 16, 2012 to March 16, 2012. Hartz is the blue plot line:

The spike you see on March 12th was the day all hell broke loose after we discovered Hartz was trying to get us shut down on Twitter.

Obviously, Hartz had quite a bit of a head start on us, seeing as how the Broken Hartz mission only launched on January 22, 2012 and they are a multi-billion dollar monster with decades of experience deceiving the public; but we were already gaining while Hartz experienced a mild decline.

The spike you see on March 12, 2012 was when all hell broke loose on Twitter after Hartz’ attempt to censor us was revealed and we officially went to war. We experienced similar spikes when we beat Hartz on Facebook and Pinterest as well.

The Twitter community didn’t like hearing what this negligent company was trying to do and began to rally behind us. This was also the day we met our faithful #BHambassador, @lulu_lindi.

People had already been joining in, but Lulu was something different. She took our message and ran with it, telling everyone she met about BH and what Hartz was guilty of doing.

Hartz’ further criminal actions had ignited the very thing they were hoping to extinguish and we thank their shady, incompetent asses for haphazardly attempting it.

Way to go, Hartz. All you did was prove you suck and we are right.

The public got wise to you and they began to spread our message even further.

Additionally, with Lulu living in the UK, BH had now gained the ability to share its message with the world almost round-the-clock.

Our international reach now comprises 44 countries.

As we stated the following day:

(March 13, 2012)

You have lit a fire today, Hartz, and it’s going to burn you.

Here is how Broken Hartz stacks up against Hartz as of April 19, 2012. Again, Hartz is the blue plot line:

Broken Hartz has officially passed Hartz' Twitter influence, according to Klout.

In just three months and with zero financial investment, Broken Hartz has begun to outpace this multi-billion dollar beast.

Before we showed up, many people who are now in the BH camp had been happily engaging with Hartz and its facade of love for animals and silly fun.

We tore off Hartz’ mask and the public didn’t like what it saw.

Here are complete score analyses for BH and Hartz from April 19, 2012.

Up first, the Broken Hartz Klout analysis:

Here is Hartz Mountain Corporation’s analysis:

Clearly, the tide has turned.

Broken Hartz wishes to point out Klout is not without its detractors, but we feel strongly that it provides a good baseline of what kind of presence we have on Twitter versus Hartz. Hartz may wish to dispute this but, seeing as how our “We Iz Anonymous Cats” video has been trending on Twitter for 6 days straight, we thinks it’s safe to assume we are the current Twitter front-runner.

Here is a screenshot from day 6 of our Twitter trend with the #WLF.

Also, it’s important to note, Klout just tracks the amount of interaction an account gets versus the amount of content it puts out. It does not discriminate between good or bad interaction.

If you look closer at the screenshots above, you’ll notice Hartz’ main sources of interaction come from the @BrokenHartzPets account and the only official BH affiliate on Twitter, @BHpenny (If you missed Penny’s interview, click here.)

Were it not for BH, the #BHwarriors and the #BHtagteam; Hartz would barely register.

It is often said that no press is bad press, but we feel confident no one at Hartz or their Social Media/PR Firms, 5W Public Relations and Banyan Branch would say that right now.

For more information on Klout, you can check out their explanation, the Klout Wikipedia Entry, or just Google it.

De-meme-ing

Over the past week, BH has been spotted launching popular internet memes with a BH spin, such as “Y U No Guy” and “Hipster Ariel”.

Today, we’d like to introduce our own little memes.

So…

without further delay…

we present…

the Melly Mels:

Before you go feeling bad for Dr. Melinda Fernyhough, we wish to remind you; not only is she a spokesperson for Hartz and therefore subject to these kinds of things, but Melly Mel authored Hartz’ shameful “Executive Summary” document that was forwarded to our affiliates by Rite Aid Senior Counsel:

Melinda Fernyhough and Tim Callahan

Too bad you didn’t know how to remove document properties, Mel.

You are a shameful, nasty beast and therefore we are handling you accordingly.

You have brought all of this upon yourself through your wanton disregard for public safety.

By the way, Readers, these memes and others (along with templates to make your own Y U No Guys, Hipster Ariels and (of course) Melly Mels) are now in the BH Warrior Kit.

=^..^=

Trendy

Yesterday; April 16, 2012; Broken Hartz reached a new milestone.

Multiple times throughout the day, our “We Iz Anonymous Cats” video, along with the help of the #WLF, were trending worldwide on Twitter’s Stories feed!

Broken Hartz and the #WLF were first spotted trending on Twitter about 2 hours before this picture, taken at 2:15pm EST, was secured. No BH affiliates were by computers at the time, but this picture was taken by a quick-thinking individual.

Achieving this kind of exposure slightly less than three months into the Broken Hartz mission has got to have Hartz scared, not to mention the other “unfortunate” individuals named in our little video.

Isn’t that right, Omaha?

Broken Hartz continued to surface throughout the day and on into the evening:

Broken Hartz and the #WLF continued to ride the top of Twitter's Trending Stories feed for hours as evidenced by the time stamp in the bottom-right corner of this screenshot.

This is a landmark event in Broken Hartz history!

Pretty soon, Old School Broken Hartz fans will be heard saying:

Hipster Ariel; always on top of the trends. If you don't know, Google her.

ATTENTION HARTZ MOUNTAIN CORPORATION:

With three social-media beat-downs, the Broken Hartz message being received in 40 countries and our recent Twitter trend; it would seem our mission to take you down is gaining significant ground.

All this in only three months time…

Have you thought about where we’ll be in one year?

How about two years?

We will never stop.

We will just get louder.

Your negligence is catching up with you.

You are doomed.

=^..^=

UPDATE: Holy Crap!

Broken Hartz continued to trend for 13 days!

The #WLF and Broken Hartz kept trending on and off on 4/17/12 as well!

BH was an almost constant presence on Twitter's Trending Stories feed on April 18, 2012! Hartzy must be hating this!

Due to complications, we were unable to secure a photo on April 19, 2012 of our continued trend, but the surrounding evidence supports our assertion.

BH even managed to conquer the boards on 4/20/12, despite some obvious competition for attention on this particular date.

Here is a screenshot from day 6 of our Twitter trend with the #WLF.

Then, on the 7th day of trending, something truly wonderful happened!

On the 7th day of trending, something amazing happened!

There it was, on the top of Twitter’s trending stories.

Continuing, Day 8:

Day 8. It just keeps going!

BH and the #WLF made appearances on April 24, 2012, but we were unable to acquire a screenshot.

Day 10

Appearances on April 26, 2012 were spotty and we were unable to acquire a screenshot.

We thought this was perhaps the end of the trend, but we were wrong. BH came back strong the next two days!

Day 12

Day 13

Why, this is going swimmingly!
